With a history of 37 years, an annual Chrysanthemum Festival is held in Baotu Spring Park from the end of October to the end of November. The visitors can enjoy not only the splendor of chrysanthemum against the spouting springs, but also the accompanying cultural activities such as Chinese drama, folklores, calligraphy, painting, flower arranging, photography.
